Autumn 50 - number 31
Oct. 27th, 2012 10:22 amBob - Convenience
The first schmindie entry, by which I mean that no-one wrote about Jesus Jones in their fanzine, but Bob were 'zine stalwarts. I was quite surprised to find this on youtube; the problem with the digital age is that you might be able to get rid of all those records and CDs that are so heavy to shift when you move house, but the songs that made you smile, the songs that saved your life, are not there on the internet, and so you have to keep your old tapes, your old flexis in case you need to hear that song that'll never be on the radio again.
Anyway, this zips along at a good old pace, nice jangles, rousing chorus, great haircuts. I imagine they'd listened to a few Orange Juice records.
