The last Davies/Tennant episode of Dr Who seemed to be an exercise in how many times you can say 'time' in 75 minutes. The Timelords in the timebubble not actually killed by the timewar, but in the timevortex. Quick, get the time-laser! Or was the point to make people so fed up of David Tennant's pained expression and Russell T Davies' slushy self-indulgence that Messrs Moffat and Smith would seem like a breath of less fetid air? Still, it was sort of fun to see RTD paying homage to ripping off Mr Lucas instead of Mr Whedon, for a change.
