What this fails to mention is that the BBC site was still saying it was electrical surges when it was obvious that bombs had been detonated and that the Sky News website was reporting rumour as fact (anyone else hear that one about someone being shot at Canary Wharf?). BBC telly news was talking about the effects of the attacks on the stock-market; it was only the blogs that had had any Proper Information on them.
