Of Liberals and liars
Jan. 28th, 2006 12:32 pmOne thing no-one seems to have said in the rush to criticise/vindicate Simon Hughes and the Oaty man is that it’s just a leetle bit suspicious that these revelations have come just the right amount of time after the fuck-up Sir Ming made at PM’s question times. Having the piss ripped out of oneself by Laughing Boy Blair (“Iraq? Bovvered? Am I?) must be a humiliating experience and he saw what one bad speech did for David Davies. Quickly bringing down the opposition became necessary. The NotW had Hughes’s mobile phone records…. I wonder who arranged for that. Ming the Merciless indeed. What’s is in Chris Huhne’s closet?
Furthermore, everyone knew Si was gay/bi didn’t they? I’ve heard it so many times. Like Portillo, Mandelson and Tom Cruise, it’s kinda obvious to anyone with even short-range gaydar. And I think he probably did Peter Tatchell a favour: I’m sure he (Tatch) gets much more satisfaction in being the lord leader of Outrage rather than sitting in the boring old House of Commons once or twice a week, although I wonder why he never outed his old adversary following the Liberals’ homophobic campaign. Hughes winning a safe Labour seat and then keeping it for 23 years must mean that he’s doing something right in his constituency, unlike, say, George Galloway.
I did hear another rumour about Hughes, but maybe Mingzies had seen that “Dave” Cameron got away with that one and the NotW weren’t interested, since they have their incessant Pete ‘n’ Kate stories.
Not that I give a fuck about the Liberal Democrats or anything.

In other news, Dave ended up at the Channel 4 Sleb Big Brother party last night and had a few Jodi Marshes.
