A Million Reasons for Wanting to Carry on Living

My dear boyfriend wants to get the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 on his current network, Vodaphone and keep his number. When he rings up Vodaphone, they say he can only order it online. Online he needs a PAC number (which is what you need to change networks and he doesn't know his PAC number anyway). The Vodaphone website email form does not work. Any ideas, me Julies*?
